  THIS INSPECTION IS A FOLLOW UP TO THE PREVIOUS INSPECTION. ALL PREVIOUSLY CITED VIOLATIONS
  HAVE BEEN CORRECTED.
   
  THE DAIRY COOLER WAS COLD HOLDING AT 35°F.
   
  DISCUSSED FECAL / VOMIT CLEAN-UP PROCEDURE AND CORRESPONDING CLEAN-UP KIT. THE WRITTEN
  PROCEDURE AND KIT ARE STILL A WORK IN PROGRESS. THE PROCEDURE STILL NEEDS TO BE WRITTEN SO
  THAT IT IS SPECIFIC TO THIS OPERATION. IT SHOULD IDENTIFY WHERE EMPLOYEES MAY FIND THE CLEAN
  UP KIT OR OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED TO CARRY-OUT THE FECAL / VOMIT CLEAN-UP PROCEDURE. IT SHOULD
  ALSO PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO USE / MIX THE CHLORINE BLEACH DISINFECTANT.
   
  A COPY OF THE SERV SAFE CERTIFICATES WERE AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, A COPY OF THE OHIO DEPARTMENT OF
  HEALTH ISSUED CERTIFICATES IN FOOD PROTECTION MUST BE PROVIDED TO SATISFY RULE REQUIREMENTS.
  PLEASE PROVIDE A COPY OF THE ODH ISSUED CERTIFICATES.
   
  NO VIOLATIONS CITED. A FOLLOW UP OF THE ITEMS DISCUSSED ABOVE WILL BE CONDUCTED DURING THE
  NEXT STANDARD INSPECTION.
